Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm eligibility.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully repackage your item in its original shipping box with all included accessories, manuals, and protective packaging materials.
Ship the Item
Affix your shipping label and the RMA number clearly to the outside of the box, then drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the item to verify its condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
